We conceive of ourselves as a team with two main roles:

Antioch Network Council

This council serves the team by:

• hearing and discerning what God is saying to and through the Network
• providing a spiritual and fiscal covering
• identifying, developing and releasing the leaders among us.

The Council also functions as a non-profit corporate board.

Antioch Network Staff

The staff:

• Is composed of leaders, called of God to initiate in various roles and contexts, in keeping with Antioch Network’s overall calling.
• Is also composed of those whose calling is not to initiate, but to serve and support the ministries of the overall effort.
• Finds its cohesion in a common calling, shared values, intersection of activities, and personal relationships among team members.
• Is decentralized operationally, freeing the pioneering process to operate in a variety of arenas.
• Is both:
   
  • a large and diverse band,
  • a grouping of smaller, more tightly-knit teams.

The Birthing Of New Initiatives

New initiatives are birthed as the leaders among us discern the Lord's direction and respond in obedience.  The international, intergenerational and multi-gender composition of our team aids in the discerning process.
