It is Jesus who is building His church, and He is gifting His people and fitting them together to accomplish His plans for the church and for the world.  We believe that one of the areas God is calling Antioch Network is to train emerging leaders for fruitful labor in His Kingdom.  Our internship program gives young leaders the chance to work side-by-side with more seasoned leaders, to gain valuable ministry experience, and to see if God seems to be directing them into a longer commitment.  The internship program addresses areas of:

• Inward Transformation and Character Development
• Participation in and development of Christian community and team
• The unique giftedness of the apprentice and possible ways of using those gifts in the Antioch Network context
• Learning appropriate activities for starting new churches among unreached people, including specific training suited to cross-cultural work

A typical internship involves an agreement of one year during which time all parties involved are asking the question "Is a longer term relationship the direction God is leading in this case?"  The process is much the same as that for joining the staff, but the internship is designed specifically for those with little or no prior ministry experience.  See Join the Staff Team for additional information.
